Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates via job portals and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details.
• Assist in creating job descriptions and posting roles.
• Support recruitment drives and employer branding initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technology.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
