Experience: Freshers / Up to 6 months experience in recruitment

Eligibility: Graduates interested in HR / Talent Acquisition

What You'll Be Doing:

Assist the recruitment team with candidate sourcing and screening

Source candidates through LinkedIn and job portals

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Support the team in day-to-day hiring activities

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition / HR
• Basic understanding of recruitment or sourcing
• Candidates with internship or up to 6 months experience in recruitment will be an advantage
