- Sourcing and Screening: You'll proactively find candidates using various channels like job boards, social media, and networking events. You will also screen resumes and applications to identify the most qualified individuals.
- Candidate Management: A key part of your role is to manage candidate communication, coordinate interviews, and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process. You will also conduct reference and background checks when necessary.
- Hiring Strategy: You'll contribute to the hiring process by drafting job descriptions, posting openings, and helping to build employer branding initiatives. You'll also participate in team meetings to contribute to process improvement discussions.
