We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in HR, particularly in the field of talent acquisition/recruitment.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and interview scheduling.

2. Post job openings on various platforms.

3. Manage and update candidate data in the ATS to ensure accurate and current information.

4. Conduct initial candidate assessments and participate in the evaluation of resumes.

5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.

6. Help create and maintain positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

5. Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.

6. Basic understanding of HR principles and talent acquisition processes is a plus.
