We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who wants to learn recruitment from the basics and understand how hiring directly impacts business growth. This role is ideal for someone serious about building a long-term career in Talent Acquisition and performance hiring.

This is a full-time, Work-from-Office internship.
Key Responsibilities (High-Impact Work)
Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job platforms
Conducting HR screening calls and evaluating candidate intent
Hiring for performance-driven roles, especially sales positions
Building and managing a strong candidate pipeline
Handling follow-ups with notice-period candidates
Maintaining recruitment trackers and structured hiring data
At PREPCA, hiring is structured and continuous. Recruitment is proactive, not last-minute. You will learn how to build strong pipelines, manage experienced candidates serving notice periods, and align hiring with business growth plans.
Who Should Apply
Bachelor's degree completed or pursuing
MBA / Master's in HR preferred but not mandatory
Strong Communication And Follow-up Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
High ownership mindset and seriousness toward career in HR/TA
Freshers who genuinely want to build depth in Talent Acquisition are encouraged to apply.
Growth Opportunity
Upon successful completion of the 6-month internship, candidates will be eligible for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) up to 4.80 LPA, based on internship performance reviews and a PPO interview with the management.
