Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end hiring for job openinings: source, screen, and coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS and CRM; ensure accurate candidate data and timely follow-ups.
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean searches) to fill high-volume roles quickly.
- Manage interview logistics—scheduling, panel coordination, feedback collection, and candidate communication to deliver a positive experience.
- Assist with campus outreach and hiring events: schedule sessions, track attendance, and collate candidate metrics.
- Contribute to recruitment reporting and process-improvement initiatives to increase time-to-hire efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
- Recently completed an undergraduate/postgraduate degree (any discipline) and available for a full-time internship.
- Comfortable working on-site from our Bangalore office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for candidate interactions and stakeholder coordination.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- A proactive attitude—willing to take ownership, solve problems, and learn on the go.
- Previous internship experience in HR or recruitment is a bonus.
