About the Role:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring efforts across roles. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, where you will work on active hiring requirements and contribute directly to building candidate pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, databases, and outreach
- Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidate fit
- Shortlist candidates and coordinate interview schedules
- Maintain and update candidate data in the system
- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth candidate communication

- Candidates currently based in Bangalore and available for in-office work
- Individuals comfortable with high-volume calling, screening, and follow-ups

Requirements:
- Immediate availability to join
- Willingness to attend an onsite interview at our Koramangala office
- Prior exposure to recruitment/staffing is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic communication and organizational skills
