Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen profiles across platforms; conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Post job openings, manage candidate databases, and track applications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date records of shortlisted, selected, and joining candidates.
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Available for a minimum of 6 months.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant TA experience (sourcing, pitching, and recruiting for junior roles).
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated creativity in sourcing and ability to deliver compelling pitches to candidates.
- Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working on Excel / Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
