Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic, go-getter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen profiles across platforms; conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  • Post job openings, manage candidate databases, and track applications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of shortlisted, selected, and joining candidates.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Available for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant TA experience (sourcing, pitching, and recruiting for junior roles).
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated creativity in sourcing and ability to deliver compelling pitches to candidates.
  • Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working on Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
