Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain a strong top-of-the-funnel to ensure a steady pipeline of quality candidates and maximize offer conversions.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings if needed.
  • Participate in building employer branding initiatives
  • Be a part of team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.

What Are We Looking For

  • Any Bachelor/Master's degree Qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a hustler and go-getter mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, while remaining adaptable to rapid changes.
  • Able to Source and Schedule Interviews.
