Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain a strong top-of-the-funnel to ensure a steady pipeline of quality candidates and maximize offer conversions.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings if needed.
Participate in building employer branding initiatives
Be a part of team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.

What Are We Looking For

Any Bachelor/Master's degree Qualification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a hustler and go-getter mindset.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, while remaining adaptable to rapid changes.
Able to Source and Schedule Interviews.
