About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Talent Acquisition Intern for a 12-month internship to help source and attract top talent to TMF Group, focusing primarily on hiring in non-IT, with occasional support for other countries. In this role, you will contribute to building our employer brand in the market and play a key role in sourcing the best candidates.
The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and respond with agility to situations that require quick decision-making.
Role & responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Create detailed job descriptions and specifications.
- Actively search for candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and inform sourcing strategies.
- Use LinkedIn Talent Insights for data on talent availability, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics using Avature to ensure smooth workflows.
- Regularly review job ads for accuracy, engagement, and alignment with branding and compliance.
- Provide support to various Talent Acquisition projects.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Preferably pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, or a related field, but we welcome candidates from diverse educational backgrounds. Passion, drive, and eagerness to learn are key to success in this role.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong multitasking ability and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with recruitment processes, digital tools, social media resources, and creative sourcing techniques.
- Motivated to meet hiring goals and drive results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
