About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers to join our Talent Acquisition team at Crio.Do. This internship is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from various channels.
• Schedule and manage interview processes and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and support documentation.
• Participate in recruitment drives and campus engagement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
• Understanding of recruitment workflows and hiring funnels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and contribute.
• Comfortable working with tools like Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Location: Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai
