About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring efforts. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about human resources and talent acquisition, eager to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced tech startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across various platforms (LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.)
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update applicant tracking sheets
• Support employer branding initiatives through social media and recruitment campaigns
• Assist in onboarding new hires and managing documentation
• Contribute to HR-related process improvements and reporting
