Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Associate - Operations to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience, from onboarding to ongoing engagement and compliance. This role demands a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for fostering a positive company culture.
You should have
Master's Degree in Human Resources (MBA-HR) from an accredited institution.
1-2 years of progressive experience in HR Operations.
¢ Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
¢ Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
¢ Proactive and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
¢ Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
