Talent Acquisition Intern

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern for our Pune location. This role offers a stipend between 12000 to 13500 per month with a service agreement of 18 months (6 months internship + 12 months as Full Time Employee.)

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle
• Source candidates from various platforms matching desired skills
• Design and update job descriptions for existing profiles
• Identify effective recruitment sources to close open positions
• Proactively engage in recruitment activities and employee engagement initiatives
• Develop and implement creative employee engagement activities

• Quick learner with a proactive approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
