Talent Acquisition Intern

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to help us build an exceptional team.

This isn't a traditional HR internship. You'll work closely with the founders and play a key role in finding, evaluating, and hiring talented people across design, engineering, marketing, and operations.

If you're organized, communicate well, enjoy meeting new people, and want to learn how startups build teams from scratch, you'll enjoy this role.

Location: Remote

Type: Full-time Internship

Stipend: 7,000/month (based on skills and outcomes)

What you'll do

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Wellfound, and other hiring platforms
• Review applications and shortlist candidates
• Schedule interviews and coordinate assignments
• Conduct initial screening calls
• Keep candidates updated throughout the hiring process
• Maintain hiring trackers and talent pipelines
• Support onboarding for new team members
• Help improve our hiring processes and candidate experience
• Assist with employer branding and recruitment initiatives

What we're looking for

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High ownership and reliability
• Comfortable speaking with new people
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Curious about startups and building great teams
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, or similar productivity tools is a plus

Bonus points if you

• Have led recruitment for clubs, communities, or student organizations
• Have experience coordinating people or events
• Have used LinkedIn, Wellfound, or other hiring tools
• Have a genuine interest in psychology, hiring, or understanding people
