Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support both Talent Acquisition and core HR functions. This role also involves assisting in presentations, coordination with clients and housing societies, and supporting business communication—making it ideal for candidates seeking holistic exposure.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition (Recruitment & Hiring)
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment trackers
2. Onboarding & Documentation
- Assist in onboarding new hires including documentation and induction
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and attendance data
- Support in preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts
3. HR Operations
- Assist in day-to-day HR activities and coordination
- Maintain HR MIS reports and databases
- Support performance tracking and probation review follow-ups
4. Presentation & Coordination
- Assist in preparing professional presentations (PPTs) for client and society meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and presentation inputs
- Support in scheduling and organizing meetings with clients, developers, and societies
- Maintain records of meetings, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow-ups
5. Client & Society Interaction Support
- Assist in coordination with housing societies and clients for ongoing projects
- Support communication, follow-ups, and documentation related to redevelopment projects
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders
6. Employee Engagement
- Help organize internal events, team activities, and celebrations
- Conduct feedback and engagement activities with employees
7. Compliance & Policies
- Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal SOPs
- Ensure all HR processes are aligned with company standards and applicable labor laws
- Maintain organized records of employee documents, agreements, and compliance files
- Support in audit readiness by keeping documentation updated and easily accessible
- Assist in tracking statutory compliance requirements and deadlines (as applicable)
- Ensure proper version control and documentation of all HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement and communicate policy updates effectively
- Maintain confidentiality and data security of all employee and company records
Required Skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation and coordination abilities
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and email communication
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Eligibility- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Management, or related field
- Freshers with a strong interest in HR, coordination, and client handling are welcome
