Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to customer emails and correspondence within 24 hours.
- Ensure high standards of service quality and first contact resolution (FCR).
- Handle a set number of email cases per day, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Support initiatives to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in email-based support or banking operations.
Skills and Attributes
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong understanding of liabilities products and processes.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and go the extra mile to resolve customer issues.
