Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Strategy:
- Design and implement a comprehensive TA roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Build scalable processes for both niche and high-volume hiring across multiple functions.
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing TA team; drive operational excellence and accountability.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with senior leadership to understand workforce planning and critical talent needs.
- Provide insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
- Position the organization as an employer of choice in competitive talent markets.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience across all touchpoints.
- Data-Driven Approach:
- Use analytics to track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire metrics.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience: 10-15 years in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Domain Exposure: Must have hired for product, retail, supply chain, and operations roles in complex organizations.
- Industry Background: E-commerce, consumer tech, D2C, FMCG preferred.
- Proven ability to manage high-growth environments and multi-functional hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
