Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Strategy:
    • Design and implement a comprehensive TA roadmap aligned with business objectives.
    • Build scalable processes for both niche and high-volume hiring across multiple functions.
  • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing TA team; drive operational excellence and accountability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Partner with senior leadership to understand workforce planning and critical talent needs.
    • Provide insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
    • Position the organization as an employer of choice in competitive talent markets.
    • Ensure a seamless candidate experience across all touchpoints.
  • Data-Driven Approach:
    • Use analytics to track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire metrics.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: 10-15 years in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Domain Exposure: Must have hired for product, retail, supply chain, and operations roles in complex organizations.
  • Industry Background: E-commerce, consumer tech, D2C, FMCG preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage high-growth environments and multi-functional hiring.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
