Responsibilities:
- Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates.
- Build and maintain applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, and online job portals.
- Study job descriptions and qualifications to determine applicant requirements.
- Attract applicants through job advertisements, social platforms, and networking.
- Conduct interviews, analyze responses, verify references, and assess applicant qualifications.
- Coordinate and arrange interviews between applicants and management.
- Ensure a consistent and objective interview process aligned with job requirements.

Requirements
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, tools, and strategies (e.g., job portals, social media).

- Ability to analyze candidate profiles and assess their qualifications against job requirements.
