Job Description

As anTalent Acquisition Executive, you will play a vital role in achieving staffing objectives, sourcing talent, conducting interviews, and enhancing organizational policies. This role involves end-to-end recruitment, improving organizational practices, and fostering employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates.
  • Build and maintain applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, and online job portals.
  • Study job descriptions and qualifications to determine applicant requirements.
  • Attract applicants through job advertisements, social platforms, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews, analyze responses, verify references, and assess applicant qualifications.
  • Coordinate and arrange interviews between applicants and management.
  • Ensure a consistent and objective interview process aligned with job requirements.
  • Enhance organization attractiveness by recommending and implementing new HR policies and practices.
  • Organize and lead employee engagement activities.
  • Contribute to organizational goals by completing HR-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, tools, and strategies (e.g., job portals, social media).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze candidate profiles and assess their qualifications against job requirements.
  • Proficiency in coordinating interviews and maintaining professional rapport with applicants.
  • Passion for improving employee engagement and organizational policies.
