Role Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive for a full-time, off site role located in mumbai. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The individual will also collaborate with department leads to understand hiring needs, develop effective employer branding strategies, and execute recruitment plans, with a focus on sales recruitment when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and sales personnel Recruitment
- Strong Communication skills for candidate and stakeholder interactions
- Experience in developing and executing Employer Branding strategies
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Recruitment experience in the food manufacturing or FMCG sector is a plus
