Job Description

Designation:

Talent Acquisition Executive (QUESS CORP Limited Payroll)

Role & responsibilities:

- Sourcing profiles via Naukri.Com for Assistant Manager and below roles

- Primary screening calls with the candidates to see the job fitment

- Interview schedule and stakeholder connect for interviews

- Candidate documentation

- Follow the Recruitment Process

- Recruitment of Temp Staff

- Manage Quess Corp to keep the Temp Hire on track

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in a corporate
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for Assistant Manager and below roles
  • Experience in temporary/contract staffing.
  • Prior exposure to vendor management, preferably handling staffing partners like Quess Corp or similar agencies.
