Job Overview

As a Recruitment Executive, you will support the hiring process for various IT and Non-IT roles. You will learn how to identify talent, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the hiring lifecycle while working closely with experienced recruiters and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability

Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and clients

Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Learn and support salary discussions and offer processes

Build a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings

Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A), Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A), Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX)
