We are looking for a talented and competitive Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in building Rapyder's business teams by identifying, evaluating, and hiring the right talent across Cloud Sales, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales-BDR, Marketing, Alliances, and Business Operations, from junior to enterprise-level positions, ensuring both technical capability and cultural fit.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end non-technical recruitment strategies for Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Inside sales-BDR and Business teams.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, role fitment, and workforce planning.
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications aligned with business goals.
- Perform job and task analysis to document role requirements and objectives.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on job portals, social platforms, campuses, and referral channels.
- Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media (LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, networking, Head Hunting etc.).
- Screen resumes and job applications for role fitment and business alignment.
- Conduct interviews using structured and competency-based assessment techniques within defined SLAs.
- Assess applicants business acumen, communication, sales mindset, soft skills, experience, and aptitude.
- Coordinate and manage offer rollout, negotiation, and closure for business roles.
- Drive smooth onboarding to ensure new hires integrate quickly into the organization.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices and market intelligence.
- Prepare analytical and well-documented recruitment dashboards and reports.
- Act as a point of contact and build strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring lifecycle.

- Support employee engagement and referral initiatives for business teams.

- Hands-on experience in non-technical hiring, preferably for Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Alliances, or Business Development roles.
- Strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience using ATS tools (Zoho Recruit or any ATS is an added advantage).
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly proactive with strong multitasking and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-scaling environment.
- Exposure to campus hiring, lateral hiring, and leadership hiring is a plus.
- Ability to drive engagement initiatives and employer branding activities.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in Talent Acquisition / Business Hiring.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
