Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles within the pharmaceutical domain.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and campus drives.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate technical interviews and assessments with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from interview to onboarding.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and industry regulations (e.g., GxP, FDA, etc.).
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and career events.
