Role Summary
Dräger is looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive for a 1‑year contractual role on a third‑party payroll. The role involves managing end‑to‑end recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and SAP SuccessFactors (ERP) operations, along with induction and onboarding activities. This position is an individual contributor role within a reputed multinational organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and proactive sourcing strategies
- Conduct screening and interviews in coordination with hiring managers
- Handle recruitment data and employee records in SAP SuccessFactors
- Manage induction and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth joining experience
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and manufacturing teams
- Handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience hiring engineering and manufacturing profiles
- Proficiency in using job portals and sourcing tools
- Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexible, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple priorities
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Prior experience in the Pharma / Medical Device industry is preferred
Additional Requirement
- The role requires working onsite at manufacturing locations and the ability to relocate to Chakan after 3 months.
