Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for identifying and attracting suitable candidates to meet the business needs of the employer. This role involves managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening to salary negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a timely and cost-effective approach. The executive will work as part of the corporate HR team, focusing on specific Business Unit(s) and leveraging various channels such as job portals, networking, and headhunting to build a robust talent pipeline for both immediate and future requirements. The position is a hands-on role, requiring a proactive approach to recruitment and a focus on maintaining a positive candidate experience. This is a contract position for 3-6 months, with work from office in Noida.
