Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for L1 / entry-level roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit
- Make 4070 screening calls per day based on hiring volume
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Send interview invites, reminders, and follow-ups
- Track candidate status and update ATS/Excel trackers regularly
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Follow up with candidates for feedback, documentation, and joining confirmation
- Support bulk hiring drives when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years of recruitment experience OR 6+ months of hands-on Talent Acquisition internship experience
- Experience hiring for L1 roles (Sales, Support, BPO, Operations, etc.) preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Basic knowledge of ATS and Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to work with deadlines and hiring targets
