We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for someone with 24 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially in technical/IT hiring, and who can independently manage sourcing, screening, and coordination.
The ideal candidate is execution-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles (majorly IT/technical)
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidate fit
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain timely follow-ups
Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards using Google Sheets
Ensure smooth candidate experience from first contact to offer rollout
Work closely with leadership to understand hiring priorities
Requirements
24 years of experience in recruitment (preferably IT hiring)
Strong hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates
Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
Good command of Google Sheets/Excel for tracking and reporting
Strong communication and coordination skills
Available for in-office work in Gurgaon
Preferred
Experience hiring for IT Services, Consulting, or Product companies
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Exposure to bulk/fast-paced tech hiring
Strong LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search expertise
Not a Fit If

You only have generalist HR/HRBP experience without hands-on recruitment
You prefer remote work or are not open to Gurgaon office
You are uncomfortable with target-driven hiring cycles
