Key Responsibilities

• Building talent pipelines: Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborating with hiring managers: Understand job requirements and work closely with department heads to align recruitment strategies.
• Employer branding initiatives: Promote the company's brand and culture to attract top talent. Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other branding activities.
• Candidate engagement: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
• Negotiating offers: Handle salary discussions and coordinate offer letters, ensuring alignment with company policies and candidate expectations.
