Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers.
