Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for international roles (with a strong focus on US hiring)
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates
- Manage and update the ATS while maintaining an active talent pipeline
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
