Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles across TeamLease EdTech. The role requires expertise in hiring, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to close positions within tight timelines while maintaining candidate quality.

Location: Noida
We are looking for Immediate Joiner.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Hiring (Primary Focus):
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales roles such as Academic Counselors, Business Development Executives, and Inside Sales roles
- Manage high-volume hiring for all levels
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and walk-ins
- Conduct initial HR screening focusing on communication, sales aptitude, and culture fit
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements
- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) in scheduling and closing positions
- Provide regular updates on hiring pipelines and closures
HR Operations:
- Manage onboarding documentation and joining formalities
- Maintain trackers
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and processes
Offer & Closure Management:
- Roll out offers, negotiate compensation, and close candidates effectively
- Ensure strong candidate engagement to improve offer-to-join ratio
- Handle pre-joining engagement and onboarding coordination
Data & Reporting:
- Track hiring metrics such as TAT, conversion ratios, and closures
- Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools for future hiring needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field
- 24 years of experience in sales hiring (preferably in edtech or similar industry)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Hands-on experience with job portals and ATS
Preferred Skills:
- Experience hiring for edtech sales roles
- Ability to manage pressure hiring and multiple roles simultaneously
- Strong follow-up and closure mindset
