About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hiring for non-IT roles and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle efficiently.
Key Responsibilites
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles (E-commerce, Merchandising, Operations, Admin, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate salary and roll out offer letters
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring status regularly
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of hiring across business functions (Retail/E-commerce preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and LinkedIn sourcing
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in D2C/E-commerce or fashion industry hiring
- Knowledge of HRMS tools (Keka or similar)
- Good negotiation and closing skills
