Customer Support Representative (Night Shift - US Staffing Support)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to support our Staffing Team. In this role, you will work closely with recruiters to source, connect, and engage candidates for various open positions while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

This is a night shift role (US time zone), ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with recruiters to source and identify candidates through job portals, databases, and other channels.
• Reach out to candidates via calls, emails, and messages to initially screen and engage them.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and ensure timely communication.
• Understand job requirements and align candidate profiles accordingly.
• Maintain and update candidate data in internal systems/trackers.
• Provide support in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support / BPO / Recruitment Coordination / Sourcing.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) – mandatory.
• Comfortable working in night shift (US time zone).
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
• Graduate / Undergraduate both can apply.
