The Clarks Hotels & Resorts a renowned hospitality brand is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team and help us attract, engage, and onboard exceptional professionals across our properties.

Role Description

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across departments, ensuring we hire the right talent to support our business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibility:

• Full-cycle recruitment sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
• Partner with Area Directors, Unit HRs and General Managers to identify staffing needs
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions
• Post job ads on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Conduct reference checks and manage offer negotiation.
• Maintain recruitment data and reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

What are we looking for

• 23 years of recruitment experience (preferably hospitality experience)
• Strong sourcing skills LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Preferably from Delhi NCR
