Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination
- Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT and automation platforms) to improve sourcing and hiring efficiency
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures
- Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
- Track and manage recruitment MIS, pipelines, and reports
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and job portals
- Awareness or hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT or similar)
- Good communication, coordination, and time management skills
- Target-driven mindset with a strong learning attitude
