Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Media, Film, Animation,
Design, Mass Communication, or related field
Experience: 1 to 3 years (agency, brand, or digital-first environment preferred)

Key Responsibilities
- Edit engaging videos for social media, digital campaigns, and
brand communication,
- Convert raw footage into brand-aligned visual stories
Add music, graphics, captions, subtitles, and effects,
- Ensure consistency in visual identity, pacing, transitions, and
storytelling standards.
- Optimize videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and websites
Coordinate with marketing and content teams to meet deadlines
- Manage multiple projects and incorporate feedback efficiently
Key Competencies
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Blender
- Experience with short-form and long-form video content
- Basic knowledge of AI video tools and prompt writing
- Understanding of motion graphics, audio editing, and formats
- Strong storytelling, time management, and communication skills
Behavioral Functional Skills
- Strong sense of storytelling, aesthetics, and visual composition
- Ability to work under tight timelines in a fast-paced marketing
