Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive with 2+ years of relevant experience to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure timely hiring across diverse functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, preferably in consultants or startups, and will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across functions, including bulk hiring, sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.

Execute bulk hiring drives for customer-facing and operational roles.

Leverage various sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus drives, Consultants) to attract quality talent.

Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.

Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance talent visibility and pipeline.

Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular updates on hiring status.

Candidate Experience & Engagement

Ensure smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Conduct initial HR screenings to evaluate cultural fitness and role suitability.

Coordinate interview schedules and feedback loops with stakeholders.

Support onboarding activities to ensure seamless integration of new hires.

Process Excellence

Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness)

Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor laws during hiring.

Key Requirements

MBA or equivalent in Human Resource Management preferred.

Minimum 2 years of dedicated Talent acquisitionexperience with consultancies or startups.

Proven expertise in bulk hiring for large-scale recruitment needs.

Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools and HRMS platforms.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a people-first approach.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment with a proactive mindset.
