About The Role
The Talent Acquisition Operations Executive at Quantiphi plays a crucial role in supporting and streamlining the recruitment lifecycle. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate relationships with recruitment vendors, including performance tracking, communication, and resolving issues to ensure service quality.
- Facilitate smooth cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Business teams to support recruitment initiatives and operational needs.
- Oversee legal reviews, contract processing, and onboarding documentation to ensure compliance and timely onboarding of new hires.
- Support talent sourcing activities by leveraging employee referral programs, social media platforms, and recruitment portals to attract suitable candidates.
- Handle interview scheduling, coordinate interview panels, and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience from application to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to provide regular updates, gather feedback, and streamline recruitment workflows.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, generate reports, and document processes to ensure operational transparency and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support initiatives aimed at enhancing recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
