Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Executive in the Edtech sector at XpressEdu. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for the organization. Day-to-day tasks include managing the full recruitment cycle, developing and maintaining employer branding, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source potential candidates using various channels, conduct interviews, and manage the offer process.
Qualifications
- Skills in Hiring and IT Recruitment
- Proficiency in Recruiting and Communication
- Experience in Employer Branding
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience in the Edtech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
