Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and connect with high-caliber candidates for a variety of technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, DevOps professionals, etc.)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from job postings and screening to interviews and offer rollouts
• Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and recruitment strategies
• Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process

What We're Looking For:

• 0–1 year of experience in technical recruitment (experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and genuine interest in the tech domain
• We are expecting Immediate joiner.
