Talent Acquisition Executive

Decorpot is growing, and we're looking for a proactive and dedicated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team! If you have at least 1 year of experience in non-IT recruitment, ideally within the interior design industry, this is a fantastic opportunity to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and help us build our dynamic workforce.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across various departments at Decorpot.
• Source potential candidates effectively using a variety of channels, including job portals, social media platforms, and professional references.
• Conduct preliminary screenings and shortlist qualified candidates based on specific job requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling seamlessly between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases to ensure accurate records.
• Collaborate closely with team leads and hiring managers to deeply understand their manpower needs and staffing requirements.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Support the broader HR team in additional activities related to hiring and onboarding as needed.

Skills

• Strong foundation in non-IT recruitment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
• Prior experience in the interior design or related industry is a significant plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
