Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to join the hiring team at Cult.fit. The role primarily focuses on bulk/volume hiring across operations, sales, retail, support, and frontline business functions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing high-volume recruitment closures within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and volume hiring roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and vendor partners.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on business requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Drive closures within defined TAT and hiring targets.
• Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain accurate hiring data and ATS updates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and upcoming business requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and business stakeholders for hiring updates and requirements.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and policies.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Prior experience in bulk/volume hiring is mandatory.
• Experience in hiring for retail, sales, operations, BPO, customer support, or frontline roles is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring funnels.
• Good negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms.
