Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Executive with 1+ year of experience to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure timely hiring across technical and non-technical roles. Strong English communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to interview coordination
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate data and update ATS regularly (Keka preferred)
  • Follow up with candidates for feedback and interview updates
  • Assist in offer roll-out and documentation process
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future requirements
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1+ year of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) are mandatory
  • Basic understanding of IT and non-IT hiring
  • Familiarity with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of ATS (Keka preferred)
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
