Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, particularly in recruiting for creative roles and Sales hiring.
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive both independently and within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
