CHL Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, sourcing knowledge, and a keen eye for talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Post job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and timelines.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Organize and conduct walk-in drives, campus drives, and recruitment campaigns.
- Provide regular updates and reports on hiring status to management.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS software is a plus.
