About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and help our organization attract, assess, and hire the right talent. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience handling multiple roles, and the ability to build a strong employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and offer negotiation.
- Understand job requirements by coordinating with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct HR screening calls to assess candidate fit, culture compatibility, and salary expectations.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams.
- Maintain candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives on social media and job platforms.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
- Provide weekly/monthly hiring status reports to management.
- Coordinate with external agencies when required.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques & job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
