- Manage the entire hiring process: from sourcing and screening to interviews and finalizing offers

- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and data-driven insights to enhance recruitment results

What We're Seeking:

- Minimum of 2-4 years of IT recruitment experience

-Sound Understanding of Techincal requirements.

- Background in Startups or Executive Search is a plus

- Proficient in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, networking)

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

- Demonstrated accountability, flexibility, and a knack for working efficiently
